1.Hashirama.

Hashirama is one the founder of konoha village, he mastered everything which is related to Chakra, he inherits the six path Chakra too, he is the one who sealed the tailed fox into the Uzumaki clan, he takes the 1st place.

2.Madara.

Madara Uchiha is also the founder of the konoha village,  he is the one who awakened eternal mangekyo sharingan in his clan, he is the strongest Uchiha in the entire naruto series, he has the perfect susano with swords, he takes 2nd place here.

3.Might guy.

Might guy has the motivational story that everyone will admire of. He suffered a lot and trained hard to make him tough and strongest, he is the only one who opened all inner gates and merely killed Madara and himself, he become the one that he wanted to be. He takes 3rd place here.

Orachimaru is one of the legendary sanin, he attained immortality, he has the highest amount of research knowledge apart from that he can create a curse mark which is equivalent to the Chakra, but overall he takes 9th place.

Kakashi Hatake also know as copy ninja, he knew thousands of ninjutsu, he was considered as the strongest character on naruto classic. But overall he takes 10th place.
