CONS- Runs hot (can't be kept on lap) & loud when stressed. For example: running GTA5 in an air-conditioned room, CPU & GPU temps are around 85C & 82C resp and fans around 4500rpm. Not dangerous but not far from the edge either.- MSI is known to compromise on build quality. Chassis can flex & warp rather easily. This laptop needs to be treated very gently. A laptop pad (like XPad) is a must, not just to keep things cool but also to support the laptop when not placed on a flat surface.- Only the slow 5400rpm hard disk can be easily replaced, anything else requires complete disassembly.- Average battery life (65WHr). Usual web browsing & Youtube gives me ~3 hours.- Micro stuttering. Happens once in a while but i can live with it.- Power button is in the wrong place. Just disable it from Windows power options.- Trackpad isn't great - buttons are hard to click & it's hard to position the fingers correctly on the buttons.- The 180W power brick is a bit too bulky & heavy for such a laptop.
